  • *THINK POSITIVE and avoid negative thought patterns

  • *PRAY and ASK God for His grace and blessings every day STUDY and MEDITATE in the BIBLE every day

  •  

  • *SHARE with other’s the good news of Health and the Gospel

  •  

  • *Love your neighbor as yourself and practice THE GOLDEN RULE “Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them; for this is the law and the prophets” Matt 7:12.
